My Name
This is the first video for IGTV not including the intro video. I thought it would be the best way to introduce myself there because my name is important to me. It has shaped me in weird ways. When I was younger I would only be friends with people that remembered my full first name was hyphenated. Also, I would avoid people that didn’t remember. Maybe I shouldn’t have taken it so seriously. It was mainly because I didn’t want to upset my mum whose father was Lewis. Therefore, most people would leave out the Louise bit of my name.

I Was a Broken Clock
I have never been great at keeping friends. Sometimes I wonder if many people are. Or whether we are just friends with people because of close proximity. For example, they go to school with us, they live near us or they go to work with us. Therefore, we can rely on them to be there for us. At least that's what I've experienced as a female and seen other females' experience. I know I shouldn't generalise but I do see more men traveling in packs more than women. My boyfriend and my dad are both still very close with the friends they had in primary school. Whereas, I have one friend from primary school who I don't see very often at all.

Reading While It's Raining
I like reading in the summer too, especially by the pool, because when you get too warm you can take a dive to cool off. Honestly, I like reading all the time. However, that doesn't really fit in the poem. I don’t have a favourite book. There are just too many to choose from. However, I’m reading Sara Pascoe’s book Animal currently, which is really funny. It’s weird. When I was younger, I hated reading because my mum would always make me finish one book before starting another. I loved films a lot more when I was younger until I went to Sixth form and realised that if you find something you’re interested in, you could read anything to do with the topic. I know I really like dramas and sci-fi film films, but I don’t know if I prefer the same genre of books.

Freedom of Paint
I’ve been thinking a lot about freedom of speech since I heard that in Canada it is against the law to misgender someone. Also, since I heard about the guy that trained his pug to do a Nazi salute. I’ve come to the conclusion that intention is integral to freedom of speech. However, no one knows the true intention of the person expressing themselves, except the person who is expressing.

Dear Nan
I've recently started uploading regularly to my YouTube Channel. By regularly, I mean once a month as I am working 30 hours a week in a sweet shop. I made this last summer for my Nan's birthday but put off posting it so it was easier to post monthly. The words of the poem are below if you are interested. Not the best drawer as you can see from the grid. However, I decided the best place to start my channel would be to make videos showing my gratitude to all the people that have helped me become me as they are also most likely to watch my videos at the start of this journey. Speaking of journey's, I will start off by experimenting with this channel with what I prefer to make so, I may end up writing poems of appreciation and then just give them to people if I feel that this may be more of an animation channel by the end of trying out lots of things. We shall see and I hope you enjoy. If you look at the channel this video is on you will find some of my university and A-level projects already there. I would be grateful for any comments, likes or shares.
