When you look at a tattoo do you see just a symbol of art or a mistake?
Also, I am guilty of this as well and I have tattoos…does that make me a hypocrite
Whatever floats your boat…it is your life, yet some may think you need a remake
It is seen to some as a culture symbolic meaning such as identity
It makes a bold statement with no regret with it being so visible
It is their reality that has been accepted…it is their entity
However, what is considered appropriate for you may be unacceptable in the work place
On the contrary, whispers and unspoken words can lead to another outcome
It can be rather frightening, and some may feel for their safety…if it is on your face
Regardless, this is a person right to be different even though it makes no sense to you
We judge because we are human, or should I say make accusations
Either way our lives keep going so it doesn’t directly affect… this is so true
So many people say when you get older how will you view your tattoo
I laugh …I can cover my tattoos up and I am not ashamed of what I did
It is apart of my life telling a story that I just will not undo
It is not that tattoos are all bad, yet some can go to the extreme
It is a person’s right to choose their path in life
It is a mark…a stamp…resembling their self-esteem
