This New Skin...

Part 1

This new skin contains capacities unknown

Realised bodies erotically overthrown,

Disordered paths neurotically intertwined.

Misconception stolen, severely underlined.

Covetousness formed from what love once was,

Resentment built from foundations “because.”

Millennia mesmerised made magically sour

Promises passionately poisoned by power.

Part 2

Your skin has grated wounds well known.

But these questions asked, are better unknown.

Appropriated promises and seeds well sown.

Anonymously decoding a muffled tone.

Words speak nothing of what actions present,

An understanding view of your true content.

The way I’ve been misled from signals you’ve sent.

You’re the mind I now truly resent.

A request of which are all so few

“ask no reason for why my skin crawls.

Just know that it is away from you.”
