Finding Love

It was amazing, I had found it a few years ago.

At least I really really thought I did but then,

It started to wither away like the dusty moon’s glow

Being covered by the mystical eclipse.

And then, when I thought I found it again.

I broke all my rules to let it in my life-be a part of it.

I mixed the function of my heart and my brain.

You absolutely should NOT think with your heart but yet I did.

I know you might not believe me but even after that

I still wanted love. I refused to look this time.

I waited right where I was-it found me right where I sat.
