Anxiety manifests in many ways.
It can be stress about being social.
Fear of crowds.
The idea that everyone is staring at a pimple on your forehead.
This pimple takes on a mind all it's own and is now screaming for attention.
When in reality the pimple goes unnoticed by others.
Skin breakouts are a normal part of life.
Anxiety is also a extreme stress about getting things done that you know you should.
Having your blood drawn.
Making phone calls.
Balancing your checking account.
You go out of your way to avoid getting these things done.
Your heart races.
Your blood pressure rises and your palms sweat.
Anxiety is being trapped in your mind and being unable to break free.
Being unable to complete tasks others don’t think twice about.
