It's 6:00
But "It's not my time" sings the young girl listening to music while her window is open.
One thing the world would never know is that little girl sang that song when she felt like ending it all. "In the sound of silence" she could be crying out and nobody would know.
Trying to make it through life in her own way wishing people would just leave her be.
Reaching 7:00 thinking about what else to put in her poem when she gets a bright idea on how to end it.
Next comes a new year, a new time, and she still sings "Its not my time," staying strong, and living life.
That young girl is me only years ago.
