But I liked it.

It was late, and you were on your way Almost there baby girl, what a perfect thing to sayMy knees were shaking, my hands were fidgetingI haven't seen you in so long but this was just a little fling

One hour had passed and I was starting to fadeThen the lights in the window, I was no longer afraid

I opened the door and jumped in your arms You seemed so excited, should I be alarmed?

You tasted like cigarettes and smelled like cheap colognePlease don't ever leave, I cant stand to be alone

You closed the door behind you And pulled out of the driveI'll never see you againAnd I barely feel alive
