You Poisoned Her World
Simple Poetry of Misusing Others

You poisoned her world
Yet, she kept quiet and said no word
You laughed at her saddened tears
Yet, she happily swallowed all your fears
You left her without a second thought
She selflessly built you up without any thought
At first, she was the light
now what is the need of a light,
with all that clear sight
You’re too good for her, you said
Without a second thought you went ahead
You shamelessly accused her for treating you so bad
When you couldn’t answer questions, others had
It made you feel guilty and wanted her so bad
She was the moon while you counted the stars
she will always be deep inside your scars
now you know,
what can build you up,
can destroy you like the golden stars
