You, My Love

Orginal Poem

I love you, with my heart, my soul, and all of my body. You came into my life like the flick of the wind but you were not like the wind. You stayed, protected me, stood tall as a light house, lighting me a way when the times get dark and blocking the heaviness of the waves that sought to wipe out the happiness as if it were the shells on the mid shore. You became the barrier around my weary flowers that we're slowly losing strength, but with you, you filled the roots with all your love and helped my flower blossom. Without you my love, I would be nothing but drained flowers washed up at sea. You saved me from the darkness, the heaviness of the waves, the drainingness of life, you my love, saved me
