Yellow

Happy, Friendly, Warning

She can still remember the way his teeth looked in his head when he first

Smiled at her

They were white, white as hell, and reflected the universe and the god

That may or may not

Be there at all

She couldn’t take her eyes off him—he was so damn lovely that her eyes

Didn’t want to look

Anywhere else

Unless he was there

He made her feel safe—his universe-reflecting smile and his all-knowing eyes

She felt like she

Could trust him

With her life and

Entire being

Her alpha, and her omega.

Her beginning, and her end.
