Writing Letters

Wish we can go back to the simple days

of pen and paper, typewriter and all;

for that moment of simplicity

This moment I’ll hold dear,

reminiscing to a time where my heart was pure

and my thoughts so wild.

This moment I’ll cherish with all my might;

If I could go back and find that feeling of pure bliss

I would do it all over again just to experience it once more.

My heart will always remember and the memory will live on.
