World Cup

England

Many people will tell you,

Of streets filled with flags,

Of shops and cars and people,

Bleeding white and red.

Some people go even further

Have England flags for curtains,

And cushions on their bed.

Some will paint their faces

With white squares

And red crosses.

Flags wave from cars

And people chant out of windows.

But that is not always true,

For on the street by me,

Not one flag is waving,

Not one on the street,

Cause no one believes you England,

When you say that you will win,

As time and time again,

You belong in the bin.
