Wonders of Weather
A Poem about Nature with Puns

Wanna rain over a hail of a kingdom, Snow joke,
Summer left, late start, cold mourning cloak.
It's departure long over dew,
Sun hides behind the clouds stuck in queue,
But that's Britain for you.
As golden leaves leave us,
Empire's fall down under rule of King Midas.
Inhale, exhale feel the air in your lungs,
Inhale, exhale feel the frost on your tongue.
Take a look around at the branches over hung,
Listen to the world as birds calls go unsung.
Precipitation falls down,
Pitter Patter Pitter Patter,
But please be aware puddles' reflections won't always flatter.
Jump in,
And that illusion is shattered.
