Who Is She?

Her.

Unfamiliarity roars through my body.

I Idly sit by, to watch,

I never utter a word, even as simple as no.

Who is this person looking back At me?

I know the silver never lies,

But this can’t be me.

Those little brown circles, in the center of that face...

grey.

I see her, but she doesn’t see me.

How long will this last?

My lungs are becoming black,

I can’t do the splits,

And I need to feel something.

But not her.

Oh, not her at all.

She’s indescribable.

She covers me in such blackness,

It’s hard to see all the colors.

It’s all starting to look the same.
