Where Are You?

My King

I’m not looking for a joker for my entertainment

But a man who owns, no more paying rent

This man, he is a true Godsend

He trusts and follows his own distinct flow, whatever is meant

Respectable, yet different, He’s taking it real slow

For the world, no need to put on an elaborate show

I’m watching, closely observing, this is the real him, I see

Does he find a part of himself in me?

Lovely! Maybe we can spend mornings together sipping tea

In my mind, I’m the one who holds the sacred key

I’m unlocking the door

Hold on, don’t flee

I’m ready to be more

In love, we will sing

Are you the one who isn’t afraid of a ring?

I’m ready for you, my king
