When Time Passes By

He's Here, Then He's There...

In the beginning did the Sun create,

Everything we see, He did animate.

From Light to Dark and Water to Sky

None as unique until Time passed by.

None had such an impact on the others.

By some Time was a friend to invite in;

Yet was not seen except in each other.

Others did Time dread from within.

When Love saw Time coming near

She welcomed him without any fear.

She loved Time for everything he did

For Time allowed her to grow unhidden.

He allowed her to find new mates

When her old loves turned into hates.

Time then stopped by the house of Age

Who at the time was only a boy.

But the time came the older he grew

And soon Age began to fear Times' visit.

For Time began to visit also with his friend

Called Death; who came by when Time left.

Time then passed naturally by Nature.

Who at the beginning was happy to see him,

But as she grew older her patience grew thin.

For she knew that she was dying away;

Her natural resources were almost used up.

For Time had spun her round and round,

And all her land was almost barren ground.

However, Time then passed by the eternal Sun

And casually waved and sat down with Him.

The Sun had allowed Time to begin his journey,

And allowed him to live continually.

Time had power over all else,

But next to the Sun he seemed quite less.

Then the Sun declared His coming,

And could tell Time dreadful was becoming.

For when the Sun returns to Earth's house

To take away her children forever.

Everyone's souls from Time shall be loosed

And Time will have strength no longer.
