Is that when you don't have the demons living inside you sharing your mind and body

Is that when you don't need to take medication just to keep yourself together?

Is that when you don't have to pretend to smile so no one will know the real pain your in the sickness and ask questions

Please tell I'm dying to know the real answer it's all I ever wanted

But in this world you can't give me a straight answer there are too many ifs
