Is it an eternal cat and mouse game

Looking for what you desire and ignoring what you need?

It is what drives us to be an overachiever, it wakes us up in the morning and turns over to smile into the galaxy.

Empowering us, cowering us, even eventually devouring us.

It distracts us, strikes to contrast us...

Love destroys who we were. Love even rebirths us to who we are meant to be. The remedy to null the pain, the bliss to balance the shame.

Where softness meets concrete heart beats; that keeps you alive yet it tames the beast inside.

Between us it is; it nothing; and everything? Love is anything except the same.

I'm beyond grateful for the creation of this platform where artists get to display their passion and creativity. Any feedback is always welcome! My passion has always been writing since my childhood. I contribute from ghost writing music, poetry, spoken-words, to short stories and more. I have plenty of work that will be released in the future. I also humbly say, much gratitude to the ones who contribute to the content.
