Love, a fact or fiction, I am not sure what I would choose
The fact is when it comes to loving someone, all I do is probably lose
My heart always beats out of control when it senses love
But then again, what if it's just my imagination?
I happen to meet, My lady, all fair and white
Dressed in diamond bracelets that sparkle in the dark weary night
Of all the men she could have asked to dance with her tonight
She decided to choose me, the lowest of all noble knights
We danced, chuckled and kissed while under the spotlight
Her hair and streamlined body were perfectly matched
Her perfume could spark up a sensation in any man
Her legs, slim and slender with eyes as beautiful as the universe
How could I say goodbye to her as she enters her chariot?
My Fair Lady, my love far from first sight
If I hadn't been so shy and timid as I turned out to be
I would have said. Do you really want to leave?
I loved her, probably far before she was born
Always wanted her to be the rose on my life of thorns
There is nothing I would not give just to have her to myself
And then she leaves without saying goodbye
I was deep in thought that tears rolled down my eyes
My Lady, all fair and white, is gone for ever. What a loss
Would my heart ever beat with the same rhythm again?
Definitely not, things would never remain the same
Just as I had given up hope, hope pulled its gear on reverse
Behind me was My Lady, who said the best verse of all
"I have been waiting for you, my love, my all"
So if you ask me if love is a fact or fiction
How should I know? My Lady only exists in my imagination

I drain my thoughts through my pen. That's the only way I breathe.
