What Do I Do?

I play soccer.

It's my most favorite favorite.

And I love on my dog too hard.

I eat the same thing every day for a few months.

Then switch to something new.

Right now it's french toast.

I go to school.

Between the months of September and April.

I train to be a teacher.

Then I do various things with my summer.

Like visit North Carolina.

Or work at a ranch.

Or become super bored.

And I live out of a suitcase for those months.

Not very fun at all.

But I live.

I sing.

Mostly to my shower head.

And to my steering wheel.

I write in my journal.

Every single night.

I miss my people.

I mother my sisters.

I read when I have time.

I always have more than one book going at once.

I bounce back and forth between them.

I day dream a lot.

And it's probably not good for my sanity.

Super distracting.

I pick my lips.

And I hate myself for it.

So I carry chapstick with me everywhere.

It doesn't help.

I still do it.

I take pictures.

I want to be a photographer.

That's what I've always wanted to be.

After I finish the teacher training.

And I write.

But you already knew that.
