What Are You Seeking?

What are you really seeking for?

You are looking here and there and everywhere.

Going after this goal and that goal.

Chasing this bright shiny object and that bright shiny object.

Yet never really getting there.

Never really connected to what it is that you seek.

The vision is there yet it’s fuzzy.

For you cannot see the forest through the trees.

For you cannot see what it is you are really searching for.

What it is you are really seeking.

You almost now.

But, Not really.

All this seeking.

All the searching.

What is it for?

What is it that you’re really looking for?

Keep making these big goals, big desires, big dreams, thinking maybe this is it but you never really seem to get out of your way to really get there.

Wherever, there actually is, that is.

You have some incremental success.

Just enough to keep up the façade that you are okay and enough.

But never really getting there.

Not in a sustainable way.

It’s hard.

It’s hard AF actually.

But, so are you.

And you certainly never let that stop you before.

And you sure AF aren’t gonna let anything stop you.

You never did!

Let anything stop you that is.

And there was plenty of things to stop you, along the way.

But you don’t really think about them.

What’s the point?

It isn’t really affecting you?!

You don’t really seem to get anywhere when you go down that road.

And who really wants to hash out all the crappy things that you’ve been through.

The hurt.

The pain.

The struggle.

The heartbreak.

The shame.

It’s just too much.

You’re just too much.

Get over yourself.

Quit your bellyaching.

Others have it worse than you.

Stop being such a baby.

Cut it out already.

Get over it already.

It’s not that bad.

Who is that?

Saying those things to you?

Is that really you?

NO!

But you think that it is.

As you have been programmed with it.

Pretty much your entire life.

So let’s circle back to the original question, what is it that you’re seeking?

What is it that you’re really searching for?

Ah, it’s YOU!

That you have been searching for.

The magic bullet you have been wanting.

The thing that changes everything.

It’s YOU!

It’s always been you.

It’s just that it’s been buried.

Deep.

Deep.

Deep.

Deep, within you.

Tucked away.

Locked away.

Deep.

Deep.

Deep.

In the depths of your heart.

Mind.

Emotions.

Your Soul.

Deep where no one can find it.

Not even you.

For it was never safe for you to be you.

You had to hide yourself.

To protect yourself.

To save yourself.

To be safe.

I know.

Because I had to do the same.

But I also know.

That you are not that scared little girl anymore.

You are a powerful woman.

You can take back your power.

You could claim victory over your life.

You can stop being a victim to your circumstances and change the trajectory of your life forever.

You can be happy and fulfilled.

You can be powerful.

You can be loved.

You are worthy.

You are deserving.

You are enough.

It’s time to step up and stand up for you and be the warrior Goddess you truly are.
