What a Power of Love Can Do?

A Poem About a Young Woman Who's Unable to Express Her Love to a Man, Because Her Own Sister Has Also Fallen in Love with the Same Man

Do I have the courage to go against thee,

Or courage to give up my love for thy sake?

Betray my own blood for a fool's fantasy?

Better stay aside concealing this painful ache.

It sure must be the act of madness,

Craving the two eyes meet for once and lock to eternity.

But then I realize, this love's aimless

Since you stole it all for life of immortality.

I have no will of shooting you down,

Burning a branch of the tree I stand on.

I broke my own wings, myself I knocked down

But this reality, you nor those eyes did hit upon.

Broken bonds cannot be unbroken,

Thus a fool's love remains as it is, if not outspoken.
