Wonderland Captured
As my heart is shut away,
Through these years under lock and Key
Locked Away,
Locked Away,
As these centuries wander like raindrops running down these tower windows.
As I scream into the unknown to be set Free,
I see a blue butterfly.
It's wings like the color of the Sea,
As these years of solitude
Fog my mind's reality,
I drift towards freedom.
as the Blue Butterfly Beckons,
This consuming reality Shuns,
My Belief.
Though, as I leave my Tower of Solitude,
My Goodbye is utterly Brief,
Guided by its Wings,
I follow the Blue Butterfly.
I finally see the beauty of Life and Hope,
Solitude Banned,
as I walk through WanderLand.
