When the eyes are shut
A story is told
Memories of the past
Visions of the future
Adventures to go
Visiting the worlds
That only the soul knows
With mindfulness
Meditation
And just being still
You open the heart
So that it can be healed
Learning to let go
What to stand for
What is worth your time
Or even your emotions
To be able to say no
When you feel like saying no
Pay attention
To what is told
When the eyes are shut
And the mind is in glow
Cleansing the body
Like the ground and stones
Each one different
Yet equally just as bold
To help you on this journey
As you tell your story
For are loved
In all of your glory
