Candied apple

crystal caramel

glistens in the light as you

dance around to the

sound of dreams near and far

Are we too old for this?

Beams of sunlight

formed by rustling leaves

hit your face as you

turn away from me

Is it too much to ask

Is it too much to ask

Veil

Space between us

thin or thick

physical, temporal, emotional

Do you remember me

Do you see me as I am or as you think I am

Do I see you, really?

Each memory like an

island floating through the ocean of our minds

Do they meet somewhere?
