Useless

Painful Love

There comes a point,

where enough is enough.

It's not as though the love is no longer there,

It's that your heart can only take

So much.

If that love isn't returned,

If there is presence of competing

Against someone or something,

That love then turns to hate.

It begins with annoyance,

Then disgust,

Then hate

What sucks the most...

They don't even care.

Threats of leaving

Don't help

If so,

Only for a second.

Then there are no more chances,

their excuses then are only scrutinized as lies.

Their love is taken as bullshit

And their words mean...

Not a damn thing.

You then register that loving them is only useless.
