Upside Down

There's this girl I know, she feels so unknown.

All she wants is attention but ends up crying all alone.

She feels so scared, home has became her bed.

Nobody to talk to but the voices inside her head.

She has very few friends they think shes okay , the pain of seeing her this way haunts them day by day.

She thinks of giving up because really whats the point.

Shes tired of feeling so alone, her best friend became a joint.

The pain she endures drives her mad.

she gets unclothed bearing scars that nobody knew she had.

She hides herself nobody hears her cry.

If only you could see the high in her eyes.

Shes taken enough.

Pill by pill to make her feel anywhere.

Doesn't want to hold on when nobody seems to care.

Scared to carry on when seems nobody's there.

Her world has been so upside down, but it seems as if somebody flipped a switch.

There's two voices in her head now, she cant decide which.

She finally decided on a key, the one that sets her free.

She no longer is bound by the chains that hold her tight, now she is free.

She finally sees the light.
