Unwanted?

Why when we get rejected once it’s like a domino effect; where once we hit one piece the others then follow. Lately, in this dating game, the stakes are higher and it’s a fighting battle to find what we’re really looking for. One hit by one then the others just lose interest. Why is it so hard? Will we ever be whole? Do we try too hard for others attention or is it a sign we need to slow down on finding what’s right. They are interested in one second then the next they are onto the next but I guess that’s the game plan. We may never know or win for that matter.
