A Poem

Your body

Decomposing in my arms

Even though you're not dying

Parts of you slowly fall off and

Decay

Right before my eyes

My love,

Would you kindly

Stop bleeding on my dress

With every drop of crimson blood

That sinks into the fabric

My fingers feel you less and

Less

Your empty eyes as black as your

Hair as black as

Coal as black as

The void that shrouds and embalms us

In this moment forever

And once forever is gone

Will you kindly

Stop

I can't take any more of your sadness

And I can't

Take your sadness anymore.
