You’re just like a ticking time bomb,
Ready to explode,
Only it’s not you that gets caught in the fragments,
But everyone else who implodes.
You fight and win your way to the top,
As if out-running your life,
Sharp and vindictive is all you are,
Your words slice deep like a knife.
Malevolent eyes and a smile that decapitates,
I drown in my own detestation,
Your hostility brings with it a dark winter,
The ice on your tongue, it’s a great agitation.
It’s your fault I’m all alone,
Isolated from my own body,
Your games and ridiculous imitations,
Thanks to you, I had nobody.
