Sometimes being alone with your thoughts is what slowly kills you inside.
It's the torture of unanswered questions left unsaid.
The uncertainty of the future.
The anxious shortness of your breath that leads to your head spinning over and over and over again never stopping.
Sometimes being left alone with your own thoughts is like being left alone in a dark room with no way out except for a door that is locked on the outside.
It's like the room has too many light and you don't know which one to flip on to help you see for your escape.
