Though We've Never Met

An Original Poem

Though we've never met,

I want to hear your story.

Though we've never met,

I wish to have memories of you.

Though we've never met,

I can see you in front of me.

Though we've never met,

I want to hold you in a tight embrace.

Though we've never met,

I crave the feeling of your touch.

Though we've never met,

I wish I could breathe in your scent.

Though we've never met,

I long to hear your voice.

Though we've never met,

I know who you are, but you will never know me.

Though we've never met,

You will always be a part of who I am while also being the piece of myself that will always be missing.

Though we've never met,

I want you to know that I love you.
