This I Believe

A Poem

I believe-

in a place where strangers can be hand in hand, not caring for discriminations.

I believe-

People can change in the worst, but will fault back to their ways.

I believe-

Hard Work gets you through life, earning your accomplishments, and to be lazy is to fail.

I believe-

Respect is something you earn, not something you are given.

I believe-

Dehumanization is morally wrong and should not be a card to play.

I believe-

Guns don't kill people, people kill people.

I believe-

Life should not be given to one individual, but earned by that individual.

I believe-

Making your memories because death can take you at any moment.

I believe-

Limitations are excuses

I believe-

Everyone should be able to display their culture and heritage without fear of societies’ eyes

I believe-

Souls can be sinned and then forgiven, but that burden still remains.

I believe-

Satisfaction cannot be achieved by money, but by what hill you have climbed.

I believe-

Love is like a magnet, there is one match, while all others repel.

I believe-

Appearances are overrated, display yourself. If that is a clown with a dead fish on your head, so be it.

I believe-

Work is not work if you are doing what you love.

I believe-

You are only living free if you have someone to share your accomplishments with.

And all of this,

I believe.
