Think of the things that have hurt you.
Wait, think of something happy.
Rewind and back track your mind.
You deserve to be happy.
You are immaculate.
Go forward and explore.
It's okay to feel lost.
Do something you wouldn't think you would do.
Do something that gives you that pit of anxiety but once you do it,
that anxiety is gone.
Love yourself.
Be yourself.

Who comes to your mind first?
Maybe that person is missing you.
Think, think of the person.
Think of your person.
Who is your person?
