Theater

My life is a theater

and I offer my spectacle

Through the caliber of your own lenses

No illusions, no false pretenses

sometimes the action is tense

the scene is crude, soaked in suspense

but I don't care about the script

no one is the hero and there is no culprit

nothing to explain, let's just admire

the show of stillness which perspires

and slides through matter like a skier

and I get a grip of my soul on fire

I tie it firm on a strong wire

that nobody dares to question

nor inquire

I have a role given to fulfill

at times pushing hard, others standing still

The director has never ever be seen

but the curtain between us is thin

honest and see through clean

for humble actors and if really keen
