The Taste of Treason

The Taste of Treason Is Bitter

Not my photo but it seemed fitting

Betrayal

Defeat

Shame

Pain

Torment

Pick your poison...

I've tasted them all.

Bitter...

is the taste you left.

Aghast...

by your fancy of theft

Burned...

Are the memories of my nightmare.

Lost...

choking; gasping for air

ENSLAVED...

is my Soul, yet to be free.

TREASON...

is what You did to me.

Life...

is my sentence, to suffer without rest.

Death...

if only I was blessed.

But You are my Grim Reaper,

the keeper of my Soul.

But who am I?
