Thought this was an appropriate music video to attach to my piece

[OC]

Do you remember when you stayed the last time?

My heart was beating so fast

I'm not sure how to react anymore

So all my energy goes into my hands

I remember when I felt a lot worse than that

My whole body couldn't stay still

Usually I can keep it all in my wrists

But now I need to take ten deep breaths while leaning over the windowsill

I can see the drop, the sun, the grass, the ground

Music is playing but I hear no sound

My breath, your voice their voice is all gone

And I'm falling now

And I jolt upwards, I can't reach the light

It's across the room and I can't keep it in my wrists

This time all I can do is tremor

I've got the shakes

About the Creator

Robert Stevenson

I like writing expanded universes and stories but my forte is writing poetry; these are usually not very uplifting but I'm usually writing from direct experience or darker inspirations
