The Seeker

An Original Song

First impressions let you down

Out of the two of you, she takes the crown

She’s not even through the door and already she’s the focus

Have to pin you to a board just to make them notice

Good or bad

Any kind, it’s still attention

She makes you sad

All you want is affection

You’re the one who’s got the shy face

The one who doesn’t have a place in this town

She’s the one who gets attention

Always starts the motion - attracts a crowd

She’s got charisma that you lack

You’re always watching you’re own back

You have such low self-esteem

To be her’s your only dream

Good or bad

Any kind, it’s still attention

She makes you sad

All you want is affection

You’re the one who’s got the shy face

The one who doesn’t have a place in this town

She’s the one who gets attention

Always starts the motion - attracts a crowd

Inside you share so much

You’re so like her

You just have to trust

You’re the one who’s got the shy face

The one who doesn’t have a place in this town

She’s the one who gets attention

Always starts the motion - attracts a crowd
