When I die, don't bury me deep,
make this promise, and please do keep...
In my bellybutton, place this seed... you won't even have to weed...
Let the rains fall down so gentle on me, then I will become, a big old tree...
I will feed the animals, the birds and the bees, with my blossoms, my fruit and my sweet leaves...
If some day when you are out and about, and you come across me, without a doubt...
Please take a bite of my fruit so sweet, and bring some too, to those you meet...
Rest a while in my shade, for this is why, I was made...
See the birds they carry me off, to far away places and open spaces...
They drop me off, wherever they go, and there again I continue to grow...
So the next time you eat an apple you see, you could me taking... a bite of me...
