The Peaceful Doubt

A Poem

Walking out the door of life,

Hoping to see the stars,

Watching as the moon takes a long drink,

Hoping to feel the joy in the world,

I jump and I myself take a large drink,

Entering doors in the he heavens or in the hells,

Seeing a blinding white light,

But as I turn,

Seeing a firey red,

I fall and keep falling untill I've hit hard bottom,

I open my eyes, not knowing they were closed,

To find myself on my bedroom floor,

I climb back into bed,

Wondering about my peaceful doubts.
