there are plenty of lives that have been destroyed

or about to be.

we are cursed

and often unkind.

we destroy everything we touch

and walk blindly amongst a sea of consumption and conformity

disregarding the need for kindness, joy and acceptance - for others, nature and even ourselves.

and in the state of an unsatisfying reality, many mistakes and failures of our species cannot be redeemed or saved

but in some insane, magical way

life is still full of possibility.

perhaps there is an essence of hope

of salvation

a way of fighting back without fighting.

the chance for beautiful events to occur

that are better than all the riches and power in the world.

it could be anything.

but there is only the awakening of us,

the fragments of realisation that joy is plentiful

that love is a revolution

and that you can be the catalyst for change.

your existence and beauty can instill a shift in someone else's heart,

one that can counteract their hidden demons,

bringing them closer to a somewhat freeing path - whatever that may be to them.

let the unspoken whisper of your inner voice be projected into the cosmos

with open eyes and ears

the universe will see you,

she will hear you

and a flow of fulfillment will arise

barefooted and sun kissed

dancing in your given form
