The Other Side Of You.
When you are staring at the rope.
When you have lost all hope.
Tie a knot...
Then hold on as tight as you can.
For all things will pass.
Even our darkest moments will not last.
Take my hand.
I will help you to stand.
When you are standing on that ledge.
When you are not afraid to fall.
When you are on your hands and knees.
When this world makes you crawl.
When everyone around you...
Doesn’t seem to care.
Just because you cannot see me.
Does not mean I am not there.
I am that thought that makes you doubt.
I am the echo of the whisper you hear.
I am the thread of hope screaming out.
Just look beyond your fear.
I am struggling to win this fight.
I am tired from all that I have been through.
Who am I that’s easy...
I am the other side of you.
