The Moon and It's Memories

Sad Heartbreak Poetry

Because all the other photos I try to upload aren't approved.

I hope when you look at the Moon you remember me.

Remember what we should have been.

What we will never be.

The same moon that lit the road for us driving thru old 32.

I remember how the light would make your skin glow and your slicked back hair gleam.

Is that what you had seen?

Your smile, your laugh, the back seat of your car are the joyful things I remember from being a teen.

When I see the moon I think of you and how I wish we could have been more than just a fling.

Sometimes I think maybe it was all a dream.
