The Mom Poem

Being a Mom Is Tough

By Brandi EspyPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

There once was a mom, who tried her very best

Yet that did not stop her from being overly stressed

Bills upon bills, and making everyone happy

She does all she can, to not be sappy

Housework and errands, are an everyday thing

Don't forget about supper, or that'll make some hearts sting

The laundry? Oh, that's nothing

The mini meltdowns? Oh, that's nothing either

Homework is a hassle, when your son rather play Minecraft and build a castle

Procrastination is a must, otherwise your head will bust — from all the stress of everyday life

But that's what it is like being a housewife
