The Kingdom of Happily Ever After
A Poem
In the Kingdom of Happily Ever After,
Sitting at the place for the most important,
Was the mighty ruler of this castle.
But day by day, he sat alone and wandered
The empty halls of his domain.
Many moons did come to pass,
Until the morning came when he was ready to be wed.
A forever love was what he was offered,
A unique love created to endure all.
This noble chose his path in life then chose a vixen for his wife.
Their love was real and pure to see.
For only common men showed jealousy.
And now this King, he walks among us.
With his Queen hand in hand.
Bystanders hold a raucheous envy,
The mates of those do quickly tell.
She is beauty everlasting, knowledge and grace;
They serve her well.
Fortune for the master's concubine.
His offspring cometh, they will fare well.
For morning glories and lilies lineth,
The gardens in which they all will dwell.
Night time skies do shine upon them,
Luck and fortune become their blessing.
Together they will led us all.
Love like this does not come often.
It is an example for us to tell.
And with their kingdom they share their bounty.
The King; he offers up the will of strength
Held steadfast by his character.
His Queen steps forth and shows the land
That truth and loyalty go hand in hand.
And God is good, he shouts to his people,
Both near and far they hear him yell.
Yes, God is good, his Queen she's smiling.
And his children do as well.
His love for her is never ending and
His happiness she will never doubt.
Stength comes in pairs they've proven often.
For each other they can't live without.
