I do not blame her

Nor do I blame you

But I promise the love I give is true

I don’t care what I must go through

Patience is a virtue

I’ll stay to prove that I won’t hurt you

And if all I get is pain in return

I will endure the lesson that is to be learned

You can be so temperamental

I’m emotional and sentimental

Opposites attract

However, I think we are now losing track

Losing sight

I begin to feel my chest getting tight

Two wrongs don’t make a right

So he left

Another lesson

So blessed; to use my gift and fix my mess

Self love is the best love dear

That’s the only love I can never fear

People hurting people because the wrong things get said

So easily we triggered the voices in our heads

Patience is a virtue

I have to leave you on read

Time heals all

Maybe one day you’ll call

Maybe one day the seed I sowed will reap

I am just grateful for life and everything that comes with

It will help me grow you see

I no longer chase what chooses to leave

What’s meant to be will be

I think of you-

And you may never know
