The eMotional Ride

How is possible to have a feeling like this?

The type of feeling that keeps moving with time.

A timeless feeling that never seems to end.

An endless road to nowhere that my heart is willing to take.

From the moment I saw you my heart yearned.

Yearning for you led me to make a move.

Move towards something I never knew I could want.

This sensation led to this first date...

We don’t know where this is going to lead us,

So we are just enjoying the flow.

This flow that we’re riding on is one crazy tidal wave.

It’s starting out subtle... Each of us feeling our way through this situation before we catch this ride.

All of a sudden this surge of emotion and excitement rose and crashed right back with a full force unbeknownst to me.

As you begin to enjoy yourself you create a smile so beautiful and radiate it creates precipitation upon my face.

Your powerful, yet calm demeanor creates a tingling sensation that starts from my hands all the way to my chest.

When you look at me... Feels like you see my soul of a child.

A child that is scared of opening up, yet wants someone to reach out their hand and say, “ It’s going to be ok... You deserve love.”

I have no idea where this date is going to take us or which side of the fork we are going to move on.

But whatever this crazy emotion I’m feeling while I’m with you... I willing to see where this goes.
