The Elephant Prayer
The cruelty needs to stop.
Fear can't show any tears,
I can hear all the spears with my big ears,
Abuse all around you got me on the ground.
Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide,
I have now lost my tribe what's the point in being alive,
hurting and in pain why am I being treated this way.
I have no voice therefore I have no choice,
In my head I pray that God will save me someday,
until that day comes I will continue to pray.
New day I pray God is with me today.
I lost some friends but I guess I'll see them again.
I just wish someday someone will save me from all this misery that has
surrounded me.
