The East, the West

To Those I Leer

Blindingly honest

Integral at heart

Joyful with warmth

Like a sweet summers tart

‘Tis exotic and fruity

Doth it have no end?

To mine moon and mine stars

Shine t’will lend

Kisses to mine skin

Many a colour many a shade

Oh how I bath in it lustfully

Drink greedily like an ade

Then dusk shall fall

Starlight takes thou place

And the moon oh the moon

One gazes at its face

Then I shall sleep ‘til dawn

Awakening to leer at the east

For the day is anew

And in thou light I shall feast
