Terrorflying

I live near to London Bridge and borough, I've walked those very streets daily to work and reasons other,

I've bought a tiny life into this world on these very streets, we've all lost many lives where the road meets,

I ask you one question about those you could miss, one question oh joker so answer me this,

if the people around you next to you the ones you love, end up taking that long trip above,

tell me how would you even know, cause them bodies unidentified lay row by row,

all you get is a call from the police, saying they got some info bout your niece,

your nephew your mum your siblings your friends, saying hey we're sorry we'll try to make amends,

by catching the killer do you know any info, and you sit there just thinking then eventually say no,

they come to your home and tell you the story, you look up to the sky and start screaming your sorry,

you head to the hospital and wait in the morgue, they ask if you know this girl you say she's yours,

your own siblings own parents your own little baby, they ask if you recognise them you can only say maybe,

staring down at that mutilated corpse, wondering why the lord cut their life short,

your so mad at the world cause you've lost your only life, as you stare at the girl you were gonna make your wife,

all you can do is break down and cry, cause you just worked out it's not a joke people die,

until you realise it could happen to you, don't be making up this shit that ain't true,

cause you never know, that kid that never got home, and instead got blown, all alone, with no one, it could be your own.
